Public Notice Stephens County AED Registry
Stephens County 911 is establishing a countywide AED Registry to help emergency telecommunicators quickly identify nearby AEDs during cardiac emergencies. When someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest, immediate CPR and rapid access to an AED can significantly improve survival outcomes.
If your business, church, school, government facility, recreational organization, community group, or private residence has an AED, we encourage you to register it with Stephens County 911. Accurate registration helps ensure that dispatchers have the information needed to connect citizens with lifesaving equipment when every second counts.
