Advance Voting Notification
Advanced voting for the November 3rd, 2026 General Election, will be held at the Stephens County Historic Courthouse located at 37 W. Tugalo St. Toccoa, GA 30577, on the following days and times.
Tuesday October 13th – Saturday October 17th. 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
Monday October 19th – Saturday October 24th 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
Monday October 26th – Friday October 30th 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374(b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379.25(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy (L&A) testing of the voting equipment to be used in the November 03, 2026, General Election will begin at 9:00 am on Thursday, September 24, 2026, and will continue day to day from approximately 9am-5pm daily until completed. A General Election runoff, if needed, shall be held on December 01, 2026. L&A for the December 01, 2026 runoff will commence on November 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM and will continue day to day until completed.You may contact our main office to be advised of any L&A changes, updates or schedule changes or to see if L&A has concluded at 706-886-8954. The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at The Board of Elections Office, 37 W. Tugalo St., Toccoa, GA 30577. The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.
